If you want to get your child started in a fun and fitness-focused activity at a young age, tumbling is a great choice. Tumbling is a type of gymnastics that can help build strength, balance, and coordination in young children. 

Here at Olympia Allstar Cheerleading, we offer tumbling sessions for students as young as 3-5 years in age. At this age level, tumbling can contribute to reaching key developmental milestones and build a lifelong love of fitness in your child. Tumbling may even be a gateway to other sports like cheerleading, other forms of gymnastics, basketball, or soccer. However, even if your child does not start tumbling in these early years, they can still start! Beginner tumbling classes welcome older students to explore basic tumbling skills while working with certified coaches in a supportive setting. It’s never too late to give it a try!
